  • Prices may change anytime without notice. Ongoing orders will continue at the price charged at the time of order.
  • We reserve the right to decline or cancel suspicious or prohibited orders.

3. Prohibited Activities

You must not use Dewasi SMM for illegal or harmful purposes. Strictly prohibited uses include:

  • Promoting violence, terrorism, hate speech, or child exploitation.
  • Running scams, phishing, or fraudulent campaigns.
  • Spamming social platforms or using bots for abuse.
  • Reselling services for malicious purposes.

Accounts found violating these rules may be suspended or terminated without refund.

4. Payments & Refunds

Payments must be made in advance before an order can be processed. By using our panel you agree that:

  • Refunds are only provided if services fail due to our error.
  • No refunds are issued for partial drops or incorrect details given by the user.
  • Chargebacks without contacting support first may result in account suspension.
  • Refund balance (if any) will remain as panel credit, not as cash withdrawal.

  • Negative effects on social media accounts due to misuse.

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question.
